Orange jelly boats are simple to make and are a fun addition to any kid's party. The bright colours are also always very appealing.
It's a great use for orange skins that are left over from making freshly squeezed orange juice too.
This recipe makes 16 boats.
What you need:
? you can buy natural jelly powders from most health shops
Instructions:
Juice the oranges (use the juice for fresh orange juice ice lollies) and remove the inside flesh of the oranges. Take care not to break the skin though.
Make up the jelly as per instructions on the packet and fill each of the halves with jelly.
Refrigerate until set, halve and serve.
