It's a little exotic, colourful, has an interesting texture and tastes oh so good! Your kids will love our sandwich of the week which includes dried apricots, honey mustard and smoked chicken. Hmmm... it's enough to make a grown-up hungry.

Exotic sandwich

What you need for two portions:

  • 4 dried apricots

  • 2 full grain rolls

  • 40g Rama idea!

  • 2 Tsp honey mustard

  • 4 slices smoked chicken
  • Preparation:

    Cut the apricots into fine strips.

    Cut the rolls in half, and spread with Rama idea!

    Spread the honey mustard over the rolls, and place two slices of chicken in each roll.

    Then share the apricots between the two rolls.
