document.write("I believe the article holds some merit - I think the key is really eating fresh, organic foods ie uncooked and with no added chemicals. If food is consumed in that manner, every fruit, vegetable and nut holds nutritional value. Regarding the olive oil mention - its important to note that the much cheaper sunflower oils also contain monounsaturated fatty acids and are extremely beneficial when consumed - but only without heat. It is heat that changes healthy vegetable oil molecular structure into the dangerous transfatty acids. Olive oil too has the ability to make this dangerous change under heat, although this change occurs at a higher temperature. In this instance I believe grapeseed oil is the most resistant to molecular change with heat, and therefore the safest.. CTboy");
