The way she waxes lyrical about bland, insipid restaurants (their food and their persona) is ingratiating, insincere, and definitely under-informed. Any criticism she might have of restaurants she visits is petty, insignificant and pithy.
Her \"review\" style comes across like a typically spoilt St Cyp girl in her gap year trying to make a living out of eating in restaurants; and supposedly sacrificing her \"high breeding\" for the edification of un-noteworthy establishments.
